There was a time, when I had to start my portfolio somewhere. For me, the first time I made videos professionally (that is, outside of the classroom), was during my internship at KanalTV run by a tv and video production company called RessearchGruppen.
The main videos were short documentaries of different people/businesses in Christianshavn, an area in Copenhagen. I was part of a small production team of 4, and I was involved in everything from conceptualising, creating the storyboard, filming, and editing.
Here are some of the videos I produced together with my team:
Klara K. Bogbinder (featured video)
Date of production: September 2011
My role: Video producer, videographer, video editor.
Video editing programs used: Final Cut Pro 7, Soundtrack Pro, and Adobe After Effects CS5
The story is about a traditional book binder from Sweden who has her workshop in Christianshavn. She is also one of Denmark’s youngest traditional book binder, and therefore it was interesting to hear her story behind her trade, especially when we now live in a very digital world.
The production team consisted of 2 people, whereby I was the video producer, videographer, and video editor. We took about 2 hours to film, and 8 hours to edit.

Sofiebadet, Hamam
Date of production: October 2011
My role: Video producer, videographer, video editor.
Video editing programs used: Final Cut Pro 7, Soundtrack Pro, and Adobe After Effects CS5
The subject in particular, is about Sofiebadet – a place where people can go for Turkish hamam spa treatments. They had finished their renovations, and therefore wanted a video that is focused on what they can offer in regards to hamam treatments.
The production team consisted of 2 people, whereby I was the co-video producer, co-videographer, and co-video editor. We took about 4 hours to film (on separate days), and 12 hours to edit.

Humørkort, Anja Gram
Date of production: October 2011
My role: Video producer, videographer, video editor.
Video editing programs used: Final Cut Pro 7, Soundtrack Pro, and Adobe After Effects CS5
This video in particular, is about Anja Gram, an illustrator who designs humour cards for all occasions. It showcases some of her work (including the costume design for Aqua’s Bumble Bees music video), her background in illustration, and what she enjoys about her work. The video was made as an interview, as this was the preferred style of Kanaltv.dk.
The production team consisted of 3 people, whereby I was the video producer, co-videographer, and video editor. We took about 2 hours to film (on separate days), and 10 hours to edit.
